In addition, at ODM Innovations, we emphasis on quality control and a reactive on-site presence to empower client's full control over the entire process of manufacturing :

Before manufacturing, ODM Innovations will conduct factory audit to make assess the production facilities and organisation according to ISO standards. We will also investigate social accountability issues such as workers pay, living conditions etc...

During manufacturing, ODM Innovations will perform Initial Production Check (IPC) & During Production Check (DUPRO) to maintain quality and delivery times.

After manufacturing, ODM Innovations will perform Final Random Inspection (FRI) to control production just before shipment from the factory.
